1. Agreement

Use this website or order from Mutosefiti Farms (“we”, “us”) only if you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or order from us.

2. What we sell

Browse fresh fish, poultry, eggs and vegetables raised or sourced by our farm in Lagos. Product photos are for illustration; natural produce varies in size, weight and appearance.

3. Placing an order

• Add items to your cart and send the order to us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
• Treat your cart as a request, not a confirmed sale. An order is confirmed only when our team replies to confirm availability, final price and delivery details.
• Expect us to decline or adjust an order if stock runs out. We will tell you before you pay.

4. Prices and payment

• Read all prices in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices per kg, bird, crate or bunch are estimates until we weigh and confirm your order.
• Expect prices to change with season and market conditions. The price we confirm with you is the price you pay.
• Pay using the method we agree when confirming your order.
• Check that offers and discounts shown on the site appear in our confirmation; they apply while stock lasts.

5. Delivery and pickup

• Agree the delivery area, fee and time with us when we confirm your order. Delivery fees are not included in cart totals.
• Make sure someone is available to receive perishable items. We are not responsible for spoilage after delivery or when an order cannot be received.
• Collect pickup orders from the farm during business hours, and contact us before visiting.

6. Freshness, returns and refunds

• Check your order as soon as it arrives.
• Report any problem with quality, quantity or a missing item within 24 hours, with photos where possible.
• Expect a replacement, credit or refund where we confirm a problem. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.

7. Cancellations

Cancel an order by contacting us before it is prepared or dispatched. Live animals, custom cuts and dressed poultry prepared to your order may not be cancellable once preparation has started.

8. Food safety

Store, handle and cook fish, poultry and eggs properly once you receive them. Tell us about allergies or special requirements before ordering.

9. Using this website

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not copy, scrape or reuse our content, photos or branding without permission.
• Do not try to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to it.

10. Third-party services

Note that the site links to or embeds services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

11. Liability

Use the site for general information only. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.

12. Changes to these terms

Check this page from time to time. We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version.

13. Governing law

Read these terms under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State will handle any dispute.
