  • Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address and the items you order, shared when you check out on WhatsApp, call or email us.
  • Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
  • Cart data: your cart and the optional name and address fields are saved in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to our server and stay on your device until you clear them or check out.
  • Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site running and secure.

  • Confirm, prepare and deliver your orders.
  • Contact you about your order, availability or delivery.
  • Answer your questions and handle complaints or refunds.
  • Keep the website secure and working well.
